This policy explains what personal information LandFirst collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Questions? Email support@landfirst.ai.

1. Who We Are

LandFirst (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website landfirst.ai and produces property analysis reports and short-form video content. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, our published video content, and integrations with third-party platforms (such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu) used to publish that content.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our service:

Order information: name, email address, and the property address you ask us to analyze.
Payment information: payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only a transaction reference and the last four digits.
Communications: the contents of emails you send to support@landfirst.ai.
Basic technical data: server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) generated automatically when you visit landfirst.ai. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third-party platform data: when we publish videos to platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or Xiaohongshu, those integrations use OAuth tokens scoped to our own brand accounts. We do not collect personal information about viewers of that content; viewer interactions are governed by each platform’s own privacy policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g. government IDs, biometric data, health information) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Your Information

To prepare and deliver the property report you ordered.
To process payment and issue receipts via Stripe.
To respond to your support inquiries.
To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
To comply with applicable law.

We do not use your personal information to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of well-known providers to operate the service. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:

Stripe — payment processing.
Netlify — website hosting.
Google Workspace — email and document storage.
OpenAI / Anthropic — assistive AI used internally during report preparation. Property addresses you submit may be included in research prompts; we do not submit your name, email, or payment details to these providers.
YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Xiaohongshu — we publish our own video content to these platforms via official APIs. These integrations use OAuth tokens for our brand accounts only and do not transfer customer data to those platforms.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records (name, email, address analyzed, transaction reference) for as long as necessary to deliver the report and meet legal/accounting obligations, typically up to 7 years. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your Rights”).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all website traffic, restrict access to order data on a need-to-know basis, and rely on the security infrastructure of our service providers (Stripe, Netlify, Google). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet will never be intercepted.

8. International Transfers

LandFirst is operated from Australia. Our service providers may store and process data in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.

9. Cookies

landfirst.ai uses only a minimal session cookie required for the order flow and a localStorage entry to remember your selected language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers where reasonably practicable.
